I landed on TaskPuffin and got what it does in seconds — tasks, docs, deadlines in one place, free for small teams. The quirky copy ("they stay where you drop them, usually") made me smile but also raised an eyebrow about reliability. The Pricing nav link was a dead end — clicking it did nothing, and there was no pricing info anywhere, which annoyed me since cost matters to me. Signup was great: just name, email, password, no card. Oddly, the confirmation code appeared right on the page instead of in my email (my inbox stayed empty), which makes the whole "confirm your email" step pointless — fine for a demo, but it confused me for a second. Overall I finished signed up with a "welcome" message that honestly admitted nothing else happens. Low friction, but fix that pricing link.
